On Saturday 30th March 2019, Jassa presented Mannat Noor with ‘Best Female Playback Vocalist’ for Laung Laachi at the Punjabi Film Awards.
Jassa attended the event with singer-musician, Amrit Kaur (pictured above). Update: Amrit Kaur has been announced as a Future Sounds 2020 artist by BBC Asian Network.
The red carpet occasion at Grosvenor House celebrated the success of the Punjabi film industry, with guests including Binnu Dhillon, Jordan Sandhu, Bunty Bains, Sidhu Moose Wala, and Harbhajan Mann.
